You must have 5 staff or more.
How to apply?
1. Fill up the MDEC Cloud Adoption Grant form.
2. If you are Enterprise – submit form D, submit 6-months bank account printout
3. If you are Sdn Bhd – submit Form 9, Form 24, Form 49, Form 13 ( if any name change).
Submit Annual Report
You need to pay us first the software package of RM1,500 by cheque.
We will use this payment as evidence that you have purchased the software.
MDEC will process the form within 30 working days.
MDEC will refund the RM1,500 directly into your company account.
